Payment for Services:
Payment for pickup and delivery of furniture is due in full at time of service.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup/delivery, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame.
Refunds:
Since furniture pickup and delivery services are a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers.
Illness:
If you or anyone in your family gets a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your pickup/delivery after the illness is gone.
Privacy Policy:
We do not share the information gathered through this website or any personal information with any other third party.
Extra Services:
If you require extra items to be picked up or delivered on your scheduled day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your property and we can give you a quote for the additional services.
